Sydney’s harbor is truly a masterpiece that just doesn’t get boring to explore! So I keep exploring and photographing this tranquil busy inner harbor.
The last time I went for a shoot was a couple of weekends ago. It was Saturday evening, no one wanted to hang out with me, I was bored AF so I grabbed my camera and hopped on the bus to Milsons Point (10 minutes from my house) and spent about 2 hours photographing the harbor, the bridge, and the Opera House.
Underneath are some of the picture I have taken.
FIRST STOP | BRADFIELD PARK
Swarmed by 4 buses filled with international tourist, this spot is… beautiful but too busy. I was here for about 30 minutes before I truly had enough when another bus stopped literally meters from me. The views from here are spectacular though as it gives you an overall view of the harbor.
STOP 2 | MARY BOOTH RESERVE
Zooooming in on the opera house, this park is located (almost) straight across from the Sydney Opera House. I was attempting to get some light trail shots (I am really into those at the moment) and just play around with settings on my camera.
And I, of course, took a couple without a light trail.
STOP 3 | ALFRED STREET, MILSONS POINT
I slowly started walking toward the bus stop, which is at Luna Park. As at this time of the night it only goes once an hour and I didn’t want to miss it. As I walked towards it, I stopped often, plopped my tripod and camera down again and took some more pictures.
I hope you have enjoyed my pictures, If you want to see more, or see them a lot quicker, then why don’t you follow me on Instagram. I often post stories for when I am out and about and post lots of cool Sydney shots several times a week.
